Cottage Cheese Cheesecake
Ingredients
  • Crust
  • 1 ½ Cup of Almond Flour
  • 6 tbsp. of Erythritol
  • 5 tbsp. of Coconut Oil or Butter melted
  • Pinch of Salt

  • Cheesecake Filling
  • 2 ⅓ Cups of Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Cup of Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • ¼ Cup of Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp. of THM Super Sweet Blend
  • 2 tsp of Coconut Flour
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • note: For THM weight loss plan, use ⅓ to ½ Cup of THM Gentle Sweet with ½ tsp of Caramel Extract or Maple Extract instead of Maple Syrup.
