This Baked French Toast Casserole can be made the night before, placed in the refrigerator, and baked in the morning. It looks so fancy yet doesn’t take much time to put together.
Ingredients
  • 1 loaf Challah, Brioche, or French Bread (14 to 16 ounces)
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Whole Milk
  • ¾ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • subheading: Sweet Cream Cheese:
  • 4-8 ounces Cream Cheese (softened, use 4-8 ounces depending on preference)
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • subheading: Brown Sugar Streusel Topping:
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cup Flour
  • 4 Tablespoons Cold Butter (cut into small pieces)
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
