  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 (3 oz) packs dried ramen noodles
  • hot sauce, to taste (optional)
  • ½ cup green onions/scallions, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • sesame seeds (optional, for topping)
