Sous Vide Molasses Glazed Pork Loin
Ingredients
  • 2 pound (1 kilo) pork loin roast
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 ounces (88 ml) molasses
  • ½ ounce (15 ml) soy sauce
  • ½ ounce (15 ml) honey
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 strips lemon peel
  • 4 scallions, chopped, some green reserved for later garnish
  • ½ teaspoon (1.5 g) garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon (1.5 g) Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon (½ g) ground ginger
  • 1 ounce (28g) corn chips, crushed
