Mini Meatball Pasta Bake

  • One 12-ounce can tomato paste
  • 2 cups hot water
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
