Ingredients
  • 10 ounces dried whole wheat pasta
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon agave or real maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 cucumber, seeds removed and diced
  • 1 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed if canned
  • ¼ to ⅓ cup Kalamata olives, cut in half
  • ⅔ cup artichoke hearts, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
