Ingredients
  • 2 cups instant potato flakes
  • 2 cups non-fat dry milk
  • 1 Tbsp no or low sodium chicken or vegetable bouillon powder (or 3 bouillon cubes)
  • 2 tsp dried chopped onions
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt (sodium free)
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

  • To keep the junk out of your potato soup mix, choose instant potato flakes, where potato is the only listed ingredient, and opt for a no or low-sodium, no-msg bouillon. I used Bob’s Red Mill Potato Flakes Instant Mashed Potatoes in my mix. I also use Vogue powdered no sodium vegetable stock.
