Ingredients
- 1 lemon or lime or both
- 2 big handfuls of spinach or kale
- 1 cucumber
- 4 celery stalks
- 2.5 inch piece of ginger (you can start with a smaller amount if your are sensitive to spice or add more if you immune system needs a serious boost)
