Ingredients
  • Preheat oven to 350

  • 1lb ground beef
  • ¾ c cooked Cajun Country Med grain rice
  • ¾ c grated onion
  • ½ t garlic powder
  • 2T fresh parsley
  • 1T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • Season with Tony Chachere
  • In bowl mix all above ingredients & form into 20 meatballs. Place in a 2 qt baking dish sprayed with non stick spray.

  • 1 10oz can tomato soup
  • 1 c V8 juice
  • 1c tomato sauce
  • 1 t garlic powder
