Blender Mini Muffins
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup Oats (any kind will do, I use steel cut)
  • 1 Ripe Banana or 1 Apple cut in fourths (core in)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Honey or 3 Pitted Dates
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp Flax Seed, Hemp Seed or Chia Seed (optional)
  • Toppings of Choice
