Energy Bar Recipe (Raw Energy Balls)
Ingredients
  • 1 cup dates, pitted and soaked, if hard
  • 2 cups cashews (or nut/seed mixture of your choice)
  • 4 to 5 Tbsp shredded coconut
  • 2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • (optional) 1 to 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • Some extra shredded coconut for the coating
