Ingredients
- ° 1 c almond meal
- ° 1 c almond flour
- ° 1 c sugar
- Combine above ingredients.
- ° 4 egg whites
- ° pinch of cream of tartar
- You must use a mixer whip until very stiff.
- ° ½ c sugar add slowly
- ° 2 t almond extract
- Fold in almond mixture.
- The mixture can be dropped from a spoon onto parchment lined baking sheet.
Steps
- See steps in ingredients. Bake at 350° F, then after ten minutes reduce to 325° F for another ten.
