Tastes as good as it looks, this spicy, hot Paneer Jalfrezi recipe is very simple to make and is ready in a jiffy!
Ingredients
- • 1 TBSP + 1 TBSP - Oil
- • 1 TBSP - Ginger Garlic Paste
- • ½ cup - Onions - finely chopped
- • ½ cup - Tomatoes - finely chopped
- • ½ tsp - Red Chilli Powder (or to taste)
- • ½ tsp + 1 tsp - Salt (or to taste)
- • ½ tsp - Cumin seeds (Jeera)
- • 1 - Dry Red Chilli - broken into large pieces (or to taste)
- • 1 - Green Chilli - cut vertically (or to taste)
- • 2 tsp - Ginger Juliennes
- • ½ cup - Onions - sliced
- • ½ cup - Green Pepper (Capsicum) - cut into long strips
- • ½ cup - Tomatoes - deseeded and sliced
- • ¼ tsp - Turmeric (Haldi) Powder
- • 1 tsp - Kashmiri Chilli Powder (or to taste)
- • 2 tsp - Coriander (Dhaniya) Powder
- • 1 tsp - Lemon juice (or to taste)
- • 2 TBSP - Water
- • 1 TBSP - Tomato Ketchup
- • ½ tsp - Garam Masala
- • 200 grams - Paneer - cut into cuboids
- • 2 TBSP - Cilantro (Coriander) - chopped
