Nut Butter Chocolate Chip Energy Balls
- When shopping for ingredients:
- Look for higher percentage cacao for the chocolate chips, and your nut butter should really be nothing but nuts, and maybe sea salt. Steer clear of added oils and/or added sugar if possible.

- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup oat flour (ground oats)
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 cup nut butter of choice
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or raw honey
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup dairy-free, mini chocolate chips
