Buttermilk Biscuits (Grain-Free, Dairy-Free, Paleo, Aip)
Ingredients
  • 1 cup cassava flour
  • ¼ cup tapioca starch
  • ½ tsp unrefined salt
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp lard
  • ½ to ¾ cup coconut milk
  • ½ to ¾ Tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (depending on how much coconut milk you use - the ratio is ½ Tbsp vinegar for ½ cup coconut milk for proper flavor)
