  • 15 oz can chickpeas or 1.5 cups cooked or canned
  • 1 cup quick cooking steel cut oats or rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp dried thyme
  • ¼ tsp sage
  • ¼ tsp rosemary
