  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or 1 tbsp white vinegar + ¼ tsp sugar)
  • 2 ½ teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ⅔ cup cashews/cashew halves
  • 2 green onions, white and green parts divided and thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sambal oelek (optional)
