125 g corn kernels drained

1 celery stick finely chopped

4 spring onions chopped

1 egg

1 cup dried breadcrumbs

¼ cup sweet chilli sauce *to taste

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 pinch salt and pepper *to taste

2 tablespoons oil for frying
