Ingredients
  • I’m a chef so I love sharing what has helped me . I make most of this weekly.
  •  
  • Everyday Chicken:this is zero points as is the soup
  • 3 pounds boneless skinless chicken (or a boneless turkey breast...you will have to remove the skin from the boneless breast...set this 20 min then NPR)
  • 1 cup rough chopped onion, celery and carrots
  • 1 box chicken broth or 32oz of water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  •  
  • Place all the veggies in the bottom of the pot. Cover with broth place chicken breasts in 10 min then NPR. I use this chicken for everything from wraps to tacos and my favorite zucchini noodles with tomato sauce, chicken, skim milk
  • Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese for a wonderful chicken parm.

  • note: for soup remove chicken and set aside. Strain broth or leave veggies in then add any canned or frozen non potato veggies and beans along with a 28oz can of petite diced tomatoes, and 1 TBS of acid (balsamic or lemon juice work best), and salt and pepper to taste set IP to 4 min and then NPR. Add the chicken back in and you have chicken veggie soup.

  • Vegetarian Lentil Soup
  • 1 onion diced
  • 4 stalks celery diced
  • ½ Bag Baby carrots sliced or 4 large carrots diced
  • 1 28oz can petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 Bag lentils
  • 2 Boxes Veggie broth
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  •  
  • Dump everything in pot stir set for 15 min let NPR. Done

  • subheading: Healthy 0 Point Chili:
  • 2 pounds 99% lean ground turkey
  • 3 14.5oz cans petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 28oz can petite diced tomatoes
  • 2 cans of pinto beans
  • 2 cans of Kidney beans
  • 1 can of Navy beans
  • 2 green peppers chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 1 TBS unsweetened coco powder
  • 1 tsp- 1TBS chili powder (this is a Spice preference thing)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  •  
  • Set IP to Sauté and sauté onions, peppers, garlic, and turkey. Brown until meat is no longer pink. Dump everything else in and set IP for 7 min I did a QR this go round but you could NPR if you wanted. Top with plain nonfat Greek Yogurt eat and enjoy

  • subheading: Chili Beans:
  • 1 1# bag of bean soup (don’t use soup pack)
  • 1 1# Bag Great Northern Beans
  • 3 stalks celery chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 64oz of broth (I used the broth left from my “Everyday” chicken recipe”
  • 1 tsp Mexican Oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  •  
  • Dump everything in set IP 30 min let NPR
  •  
  • Collards: I count it as 1 point for the tiny bit of ham that is in them
  • 1 ham hock (I used a Honey Baked Ham bone....hence having to count 1 point)
  • 1 bunch chopped and washed collards
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup water
  •  
  • Dump it all in set for 20 min let NPR
  •  
  • Bean Soup: counted on weight watchers for 1 serving of Old Country Buffet Honey glazed Ham so 1 cup about 3 points leave out the ham and you have a zero point wonder
  •  
  • 1 pound Navy beans or any bean you choose...also works with split peas
  • 1 Ham bone
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 4 carrots chopped
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 box or 32oz of broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Dump everything in Set IP to 15 min and let NPR
  •  
  • Salmon: 0 points
  • 1 pound of fish (I mostly do salmon, but cod, halibut, trout...really any would work the thinner ones like tilapia I only do 1 Min the QR)
  • 3 lemons all peel and pith (white part) removed then sliced or segmented
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Add water to pot add the insert. Place fish in the insert season and lay lemons over fish. Set pot for 3 min QR and enjoy. I love to make a dipping sauce or I use it as a top to my fish tacos of fresh dill, non fat plain Greek Yogurt, salt and pepper, with a squeeze of lemon juice.

  • Turkey and Gravy: Zero Points
  • 1 3 pound Butterball boneless breast (remove netting and skin)
  • 1 onion
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 Bag Baby carrots
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 TBS Salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp poultry seasoning
  • 3 TBS flour mixed with 3 TBS water
  •  
  • Mix all the spices. After removing netting and skin season the turkey breast with ½ the spice mix. Form back into the ball turkey breast shape and place on the IP insert. Cut onion in half and add to the pot skin and all. Brake celery stalks in half and add to the pot. Add baby carrots to the pot. Season all the veg with the other half of the seasoning. Cover with water place insert with turkey in the pot on top of the veggies. Place lid on set IP to manual 20 min then allow to NPR. Remove turkey and strain the broth into another container, remove carrots and serve as a side. Add broth back to IP set on sauté when it starts to boil whisk in the flour and water mix bring back to the boil for the gravy. Slice the turkey and serve.
