Easy Bobotie for Kid Chefs
Ingredients
  • 1 onion , chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 slices bread, broken into small chunks
  • 1 cup milk , divided
  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 ⁄4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 ⁄3 cup raisins
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt & pepper (we used ¼ tsp each)
  • 2 large eggs , beaten
