Ingredients
  • subheading: Cornbread:
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 tb sugar
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • ⅓ cup butter milk
  • subheading: Topping:
  • ½ softened butter
  • 1 tb brown sugar
  • 2 tb honey
Steps
  1. 375° preheat oven
  2. Mix in ingredients one at a time.
  3. Pour into prepared baking dish (he likes his medium size cast iron skillet).
  4. Bake for about 20 mins.
  5. Poke holes (or cut into serving size without removing.
  6. Mix together topping and pour over warm cornbread. Spread around. It will soak in.
