Fiesta Crock Pot Good Gravy Chicken

3 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs trimmed (If you prefer white meat, you can use boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cut them into thigh size pieces.)

10.75 oz can beefy mushroom soup (I have also used golden mushroom soup, in a pinch, with good results.)

10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup

¼ cup chicken broth

1 oz ranch dip mix

1 oz brown gravy mix packet

1 ½ tablespoons taco seasoning mix

Pepper Jack Cheese (You will use less cheese for a thinner grave and more cheese for a thicker gravy.)
