Ingredients
  • 1 cup - Basmati rice
  • 2 cup - Water
  • ½ cup - Onion chopped
  • ¼ cup - Red kidney beans/ Black beans
  • 1 cup - Bell-peppers chopped

  • 1 - Tomato chopped
  • 6 to 7 - Garlic chopped
  • ½ tsp - Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp - Chilly flakes
  • 1 ½ tbsp - Taco seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - Refined Oil
  • Rice - For the Mexican Rice recipe you can use any kind of white basmati rice. You can even use brown basmati rice for a healthier substitute. This recipe is best with only basmati rice.
  • Vegetables - The rice is loaded with vegetables such as bell peppers, carrots, tomatoes, corn, peas, green bell peppers, and yellow bell peppers. You can adjust the number of vegetables to suit your taste.
