Rum Balls

Ingredients
  • 1    C Coconut
  • 3    C Powdered sugar
  • 1½ C Vanilla wafers (crushed)
  • 1    C Nuts
  • ½   C Cocoa
  • --------
  • ½   C Rum
  • 2    Tbsp Corn syrup
  • --------
  • ½ C Powdered sugar
Steps
  1. Mix first five ingredients, then add rum mixed with syrup.
  2. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Roll into balls then roll in the  powdered sugar.
Notes
  • Wine can be substituted for rum.
