  • 3 lbs chicken thighs bone-in skin-on (at least 6 thighs)

  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon garlic finely chopped
  • ¾ cup dry white wine
  • 2 cups beef broth low sodium or regular
  • 3 oz Gruyère cheese shredded - (or Swiss cheese)
