Ingredients

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs, sliced
  • ½ cup all natural smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or liquid aminos)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon dried ginger
  • ¼ cup canned full fat coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (about ½ a lime)
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (or more if you like spicy)
  • Salt to taste
  • Cilantro (optional for garnish)
  • Toasted sesame seeds (optional for garnish)
