CAPERS AND SHALLOTS CREAM SAUCE FOR SALMON
Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 shallots, minced
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 2 tbsp white wine or water or gose ale
  • 1 cup of cream
Steps
  1. In a sauce pan over medium heat melt the butter and add the shallots and the capers. Stir around and let the shallots soften. Add the white wine (or water or gose ale), then stir a few times. Add the cream, whisk well together and let simmer until the sauce gets reduced to your desired thickness. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
