Ingredients
  • 2 ribeye steaks (or filet... better choice!)

  • Beef marinade
  •  
  • 2 tbs minced garlic
  • 2 tbs of oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp dark soy sauce
  • ½ tsp fish sauce
  • ½ salt and pepper
  • ½ tsp chicken seasoning
  • 1 tbs cooking oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  •  
  • Marinate beef and set aside for a couple hours
  •  
  • Macaroni
  •  
  • 1 package of macaroni cooked and drained
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 package of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 table spoon of garlic
  • 4 tbs of ketchup
  • 2 tbs oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Cilantro to garnish
Steps
  1. In a large cast iron skillet, get oil super hot and add in your meat. Sauté until medium rare.

  3. On high heat, brown garlic with oil and add in tomatoes and mushrooms. Add in your macaroni and sauté for 5 mins. Add in ketchup, oyster sauce, and pepper. Toss in your tomatoes and onions and add in beef juices from the cooked steak cubes.
  4. Top with the steak and garnish with cilantro!
