  • ½ to ¾ cup whole milk

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • subheading: For the Sweetened Whipped Cream and to Finish:
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • Powdered sugar for dusting optional
