This is the most magnificent blue cheese dressing, as recorded by Patricia Storm of Diana's Grove. I'd have sworn she put garlic in here, but she doesn't mention it...
Ingredients
- 1 c. mayo
- ½ c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ squeezed lemon
- ¼ to ½ c. bleu cheese crumbles
- handful of chopped parsley (dried)
- salt and pepper to taste
- (crushed garlic to taste?)
