- 1 Purple Onion diced
- 1 cup Lentils rinsed and drained
- 1 Green Bell Pepper diced
- 5 mushrooms sliced
- ½ cup Vegetable or Chicken Broth
- 1 15oz can organic Tomato Sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup (I added extra after it finished)
- 1 tbsp 1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- Sprinkle of liquid smoke
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp dried Chopped Onion or a generous amount of onion powder!
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
