Mexican Sandwich dipped and fried in Enchilada Sauce
Ingredients
  • Bolillo Rolls
  • Enchilada Sauce
  • Ham
  • Cheese
  • Sliced Onion
  • Sliced Tomato
  • Sliced Avocado
  • Refried Beans
  • Pickled Jalapenos
  • Mayonnaise
  • Cooking Oil
Steps
  1. Slice the bolillo rolls in half lengthwise. Toast the bread in a griddle or broil them in the oven. Heat cooking oil in a skillet. Dip the bread the enchilada sauce and fry it in the skillet. Remove it from the skillet and place them on a plate.
  2. Make a sandwich by spreading refried beans to the bottom slice of bread, layer the ham, cheese, tomato, onion, avocado, and pickled jalapenos. Spread mayo on the top bread and place it over the sandwich.
