Ingredients
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1 ⅛ cups sugar
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅔ cup all-purpose flour
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Melt the butter. Combine sugar and cocoa, then mix in the butter. Add vanilla and salt.
  3. Stir in eggs, one at a time, then add the flour.
  4. Spread the batter into a brownie tin. Lightly tap the tin to remove any air bubbles.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes.
