Sausage and Potato Casserole
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. Italian Sausage, cut into links
  • 2 to 3 pounds red potatoes or russets, scrubbed and cut into bite-sized pieces (If you use russets, I recommend peeling them.)
  • 2 red onions, sliced
  • 4 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
