  • Green Cardamoms : 5 slightly crushed
  • Onions : 1 large or 2 medium grated
  • Tomato : 2 medium chopped
  • Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chili powder : 1 tbsp or as needed.
  • Yogurt : ¾ cup beaten
  • Salt to taste
  • Water : 1 cup
