  • ¾ cup finely ground almonds
  • ½ cup rice flour (white or brown)
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch or arrowroot starch
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¾ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp chopped candied ginger

  • 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon or chai spice (optional)
