  • 2 celery ribs, diced small
  • 2 fresh garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 pound ground turkey, lean
  • 1 Tbsp oregano flakes
  • 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
  • sea salt and pepper
  • 1 24oz jar tomato sauce
  • 4 large zucchinis
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese, to garnish (optional)
