Ingredients
  • RECIPE (3 big jars, 15min prep time): -½ cucumber -1 bell pepper -2 carrots -½ small cabbage Finely chop everything -1 can chickpeas (or another protein source) Dressing: -4 Tbsp sesame oil -1 ½ Tbsp soy sauce -2 Tbsp white vinegar -2 Tbsp maple syrup or agave -1 Tbsp tahini (optional) -½ Tsp ginger and garlic powder Whisk until smooth. First add the dressing to the jar, then layer chickpeas and the veggies. Keep in the fridge up to 4 days.
