Chili Garlic Chinese Noodles
Ingredients
  • 8 oz thin spaghetti noodles
  • 1 cup red bell pepper -cut into stripes
  • 1 cup green onions - cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup snow peas - ends trimmed
  • 1 cup pressed tofu- cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil ( or any cooking oil)
  • 2 teaspoons Chinese 5 spice
  • 1 tablespoon Sambal Oelek or Chili garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoon liquid coconut amino or low sodium soy sauce or tamari
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon / lime wedges, cut green onion and sesame seeds for garnish
