From Weight Watchers' 20 Minute Recipes magazine. The nutty flavor of the Asiago cheese balances the sharp, salty taste of the Parmesan cheese in this rustic hors d'oeuvre. Accompany these cheesy toasts with a glass of wine, a cup of soup, or a salad. PREP: 11 minutes / COOK: 4 minutes

Ingredients
  • 20 (½-inch-thick) slices French bread baguette
  • 2 c light mayonnaise
  • ¼ c (1 ounce) shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh Asiago cheese
  • 1 tablespoon pesto
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Steps
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Place bread slices on a baking sheet; broil 2 minutes or until toasted. Turn bread slices over.
  3. Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Spread about 2 teaspoons mayonnaise mixture on untoasted side of each bread slice. Broil 2 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and edges of bread are browned.
