Nanna's quick Apple Tarts
Ingredients
  • Puff pastry Sheets
  • Apricot jam
  • Can cooked apples
  • Brown sugar
  • Cinnamon
Steps
  1. Cut 4 small rounds from each sheet of puff pastry.  Spread teaspoon Apricot jam onto each round to within 2 cms of edge.
  2. Fan out Apple slices on pastry. (About 3 slices)
  3. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Bake in hot oven for 10 minutes.  Serve with custard, cream or ice cream!
