Turkey Chilli with nachos

Ingredients
- calorie controlled cooking spray
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 tsp cumin seeds, crushed
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced
- 500g turkey breast mince
- 400g tin chopped tomatoes
- 400g tin kidney beans, drained and rinced
- 1 avocado, halved, destoned, peeled and sliced or guacamole
- 4 tsp 0% total Greek yogurt or soured cream
- 100g plain tortilla chips
Steps
- Mist a pan with cooking spray and cook the onion for 10 minutes, adding the garlic, cumin, chilli and oregano for the last 2 minutes
- Stir in the pepper and mince and cook for 5 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and kidney beans, along with 200ml of water. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, then simmer over a low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with the avocado, yogurt (or sour cream) and tortilla chips, seasoned with more black pepper
