Kefir Overnight Oats
Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats (choose certified GF if needed)
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp cardamom (optional)
  • 1 ¼ cup plain kefir (use a dairy-free kefir if needed)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
  • Toppings: fresh fruit, nut butter, seeds, nuts, etc. (see notes for ideas!)
