Vegan Spanish Beaf Stew
Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 2 large carrots (5 ounces or 140 g), peeled and cut into bit size pieces
  • 1 medium potato (0.5 pound or 225 g), peeled and cut into bit size pieces
  • 2 tbsp flour, we used brown rice flour
  • ½ cup red wine (125 ml)
  • 1 cup water or vegetable broth (250 ml)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 bay leaves
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup frozen peas (140 g)
