  • 2 tins drained red kidney beans, roughly mashed
  • 500g mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 250g tofu, grated and then crumbled with your hands
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 TBS fresh rosemary and thyme, chopped
  • 3 TBS soy sauce
  • 1 TBS smoked paprika
  • 200g almond meal
  • 3 TBS oat flour (or other gluten free flour)
  • 4 sheets vegan puff pastry
