  • 1 teaspoon reduced sodium miso
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
  • ¼ cup water
  • 5 cups arugula
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • ⅓ cup sliced red onion
