Campbell's Spanish Chicken and Rice Soup
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into cubes

  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper

  • ½ cup pitted green olive, sliced
  • 5 ounces (1 package) saffron rice yellow rice mix with seasoning
  • ¼ cup shredded fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons additional shredded basil leaves, for garnish
