Spicy Tahini Stir Fry
Ingredients
  • 8 oz soba noodles

  • 1 Tbsp sriracha, or to taste
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground turmeric

  • 3 Tbsp low-sodium tamari
  • 2 Tbsp all-natural peanut butter (100% peanuts)
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp molasses
  • 1 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp Chinese fivespice powder
  • ⅛ tsp Black Pepper

  • 1 bunch kale, stemmed and chopped
  • 1 carrot, peeled and julienned
  • 1 cup sliced red cabbage
  • 1 cup frozen edamame, thawed
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 8 oz shiitake or other mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp sesame seeds, for garnish
