Smoky Bacon Maple Butter Tarts

  • ½ cup (125 mL)  ice water (approx)

  • 2  large eggs
  • 1 cup (250 mL)  packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup (250 mL)  PC Maple Syrup Canada Grade A Amber
  • ¾ cup (175 mL)  PC Unsalted Country Churned Butter, melted and slightly cooled
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL)  cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp (2 mL)  salt
