Ingredients
  • 16 oz Spaghetti
  • 1 (8 oz) block Cream cheese, room temperature
  • 16 oz Cottage cheese
  • ½ cup sour Cream
  • 3 cups cooked chopped Chicken* (dark meat)
  • 1 (15-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1 tbs Garlic powder
  • 1 tbs Onion powder
  • note: Famous Dave’s Chicken Rub Seasoning, Savory Spice & Garlic
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package directions with salty water. Drain.
  3. Combine chicken, cooked spaghetti, cottage cheese, cream cheese, ½ mozzarella cheese and sour cream. Spread into bottom of prepared pan.
  4. Top with Alfredo sauce. Sprinkle parmesan and mozzarella cheese on top of casserole.
  5. Bake, uncovered, for 35 to 45 minutes.
